~How we wash

Seto means white.

As in shirts that stay white. We built a small, careful plant in Balkhu with soft, filtered water, because Kathmandu's hard water greys clothes faster than anything.

?Questions

Asked a lot.

What if the weight is different from my estimate?

We weigh your bag at the plant and send you the real total before washing. You only pay for what we find.

Can you clean a wedding lehenga or a pashmina?

Yes. Heavy embroidery and pashmina go to our dry-clean team and take three days. Mention it in the notes.

Do I need to be home?

No. Leave the bag with your guard or at the door and tell us in the notes.

How do I pay?

Cash, card, eSewa or Khalti when your clothes come back.
